MarketBanker is a site for people wishing to use text ads on their own sites, but don't want to go through the hassle of managing inventory and payments. The ads resemble Google's Adsense, but you are left in control of the price.

The site's in Nick Denton's Gawker Empire use MarketBanker to control their text ads. They take 25% of whatever you earn, which might seem like a lot, but they do take a lot of the work out of the process.
I find that for small sites where you are not charging a large amount for your ads $10-$20/wk then you might be better off just taking payments yourself as I do with the CSS Vault.
